
Product Introduction:
The combination of the oscilloscope scanning and welding system provides fast welding speed, especially for laser precision spot welding of small thin-walled parts, with 3 – 4 times higher productivity than ordinary laser welding spot welding. The welding points or graphics can be entered and edited directly in the dedicated software, or by other software such as AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or imported into DWG or PLT files.
Application
Weldable materials: Weldable materials are metals (various carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminium alloys and precious metals such as gold and silver) and can achieve precision processing of thin material processing parts such as spot welding, butt welding and stack welding.
It is used for mass production welding in the electronics, communication and hardware industries, including high efficiency telephone or sealing welding of various types of batteries, mobile phone shields, metal mobile phone cases, metal capacitor housings, computer internal hard drives, micro motors, sensors, metal shielding nets, shaver blades and other types of electronic products.
